Support and devices
Business-hours remote help, routine onboarding and offboarding, monitoring, patching, and endpoint protection for covered computers.
Your employees need IT that works whether they are in a Richardson office, at another company location, or working remotely. Accounts, devices, Microsoft 365, networks, backups, and security controls should be managed as parts of the same environment, not as unrelated tickets.
48 Technologies provides ongoing managed IT for Richardson businesses and the wider Dallas–Fort Worth area. We keep day-to-day work moving and make technical responsibilities clear.
When a company has more than one office, the same questions come up in each place. Who sets up a new employee? Who can change Microsoft 365 access? Which firewall and Wi-Fi equipment is covered? Who calls the internet provider when the connection fails? Who checks that backups can support a recovery?
The answer is not a different technology strategy for every city. It is a defined way to run IT across the business: documented systems, consistent account and device practices, a clear route for support, and agreed ownership of vendors and infrastructure.
If your Richardson office is part of a wider North Texas organization, we can discuss its users and systems alongside your other locations. Onsite work and coverage are defined in the agreement, not assumed from a city name.

The 48 Technologies managed IT service defines recurring support for covered users and systems. Depending on the agreement, the work includes:
Business-hours remote help, routine onboarding and offboarding, monitoring, patching, and endpoint protection for covered computers.
Routine user and license-assignment administration, standard mailbox work, and Microsoft 365 backup and restore assistance within the agreed scope. Subscription licenses are separate.
Routine management of listed firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi access points, with identity, endpoint, email, network, and backup practices treated as layers of risk reduction.
Coordination with relevant internet, software, and hardware providers on covered issues, plus reviews of service, security priorities, replacements, and budget needs.
Servers, workstation and server backups, major tenant changes, migrations, new installations, substantial remediation, and projects are separately assessed or quoted where applicable. The agreement defines the covered systems.
A recurring issue can involve an employee, a software provider, an internet carrier, and whoever administers Microsoft 365 or the network. If nobody understands the whole chain, the problem keeps returning.
We can review documentation, administrative access, system coverage, and unclear responsibilities. If you are changing providers, we define the handoff and separate standard onboarding from migrations or cleanup that need their own scope.
If you already have an internal IT contact, co-managed IT can establish a practical division of responsibility under a separate agreement.
Talk about replacing your MSP when you are ready to describe the environment you have today.
Richardson is within the area we serve. Under the published fully managed package, remote support for covered users and systems runs Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, excluding holidays.
Routine onsite support is scheduled by appointment during business hours. The allowance is two onsite labor hours per client per month, not two hours per office, with no additional travel charge within the Dallas–Fort Worth service area.
Additional onsite labor needs approval and is billed separately. Projects are outside the allowance and unused hours do not carry forward. After-hours emergency work is separately billable and subject to availability; this is not a promise of staffed 24/7 coverage or same-day dispatch.
See the full service terms and the Dallas–Fort Worth pricing guide. We agree which users, devices, locations, and systems are covered before work begins.
Onsite needs at every location are discussed as part of the same agreement, not implied by the number of city pages.
We can discuss a defined scope for users and systems across Dallas–Fort Worth locations. We identify each location's covered equipment, devices, vendors, and onsite needs rather than assume every office has the same setup or a separate onsite allowance.
Not automatically. We review how accounts, sign-ins, devices, email, and backups are managed, then recommend changes where they solve an actual operational or security problem. The work is scoped according to the agreement and existing licenses.
Yes. A co-managed IT arrangement can establish clear roles for your team and ours. It is a separately defined service, not a claim that every part of the fully managed package is included.
Tell us about your Richardson location, other offices, the systems employees depend on, and the recurring problems taking up your team's time. We can discuss whether fully managed IT, co-managed support, or a defined project makes sense.
