Your outsourced IT department

Keep your team working without managing every IT issue yourself

A new employee needs access. A laptop needs attention. An internet problem turns into a conversation with three vendors. You need a partner who handles the routine work and helps you decide what deserves attention next.

Our managed IT package brings support, maintenance, and technology planning into one defined service. You know what is covered, when support is available, and which work needs a separate quote.

Inside the monthly fee

What your managed IT service includes

Business-hours remote support

Get help for covered users and supported systems Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, excluding holidays. There are no per-ticket charges for this included support.

Two computers per user

Cover up to two company-owned, supported computers for each user. Shared workstations and additional computers are quoted separately.

Monitoring and patching

Device-health monitoring, operating-system updates, and supported third-party application updates are included for covered computers.

Endpoint protection

Endpoint-protection licensing and management are included for covered computers. The selected toolset and response scope are defined in your agreement.

Microsoft 365 administration

Routine user setup and removal, license assignment, password resets, and standard mailbox administration are included. Microsoft 365 subscription licenses are billed separately.

Microsoft 365 backup

Backup licensing and routine restore assistance are included for covered users. Your agreement defines covered workloads, retention, and restore scope.

Routine network management

We monitor, maintain configurations, and troubleshoot the existing firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi access points listed in your agreement.

Vendor coordination

We work with your internet, software, and hardware providers on issues affecting covered systems.

Quarterly technology reviews

Review service performance, security priorities, upcoming replacements, and your technology budget.

Support across Dallas–Fort Worth

Local onsite support, with a defined allowance

Your monthly fee includes two onsite labor hours per client, scheduled by appointment during business hours for routine support of covered systems. There is no additional travel charge within the Dallas–Fort Worth service area.

Unused hours expire each month. Additional onsite labor requires your approval and is billed separately; projects are outside the allowance. Onsite appointments do not include a same-day dispatch guarantee.

Standard onboarding is included

Getting onto our service should have a clear scope, too. Standard onboarding includes discovery, documentation, tool deployment, and initial configuration, without a separate standard onboarding fee.

Substantial remediation, migrations, and hardware replacements are different from routine onboarding. Those are separately scoped and quoted rather than folded into an open-ended promise to rebuild your environment.

Clear scope. Clear expectations.

Know what is separate before you choose

The monthly service fee covers the package described here. It does not bundle every software subscription, infrastructure service, or project into one number.

Swipe the table to see all columns.

Separately billed or quoted What that means
Microsoft 365 subscriptions Subscription licenses are separate; routine administration and the defined backup service are included
Servers Physical and virtual server management is separately quoted
Workstation and server backups Coverage is separately quoted around storage, retention, and recovery requirements
Shared and additional computers Shared workstations and computers beyond the two-per-user allowance receive a separate quote
Hardware and network subscriptions Hardware, network subscription licenses, and replacements are separate
Projects Migrations, major tenant changes, cabling, major network redesigns, new installations, and substantial remediation are separate
After-hours emergencies Separately billable and subject to availability, not guaranteed 24/7 coverage
Additional onsite labor Separately billed with approval before exceeding the monthly allowance

Quarterly technology reviews are part of the service. Major-project management and broader fractional-CIO engagements are not included in that routine review scope.

Built around your business

Is this the right fit for your business?

This package is designed for businesses that want to outsource routine IT support and management while keeping service boundaries and costs visible. It combines help for your employees with ongoing care of covered computers, Microsoft 365 administration, and agreed network equipment.

If you already have internal IT, need extensive server support, or have specialized compliance requirements, start by discussing that scope with us. We will distinguish those needs from the standard package rather than assume they are covered by the per-user fee.

Before you decide

Managed IT questions, answered

How much does managed IT cost with 48 Technologies?

The base service fee is $148 per user per month, with a 10-user billing minimum of $1,480 per month. A 25-user agreement is $3,700 per month before separately billed licenses, additional services, and any applicable taxes.

When can our employees get remote support?

Included remote support is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, excluding holidays, with no per-ticket charges for covered users and supported systems. After-hours emergency support is separately billable and subject to availability.

Are Microsoft 365 licenses included?

Microsoft 365 subscription licenses are billed separately. Routine administration, Microsoft 365 backup licensing for covered users, and routine restore assistance within the agreed backup scope are included.

Is onsite support included?

Yes. The fee includes two onsite labor hours per client per month for routine support, by appointment during business hours, with no additional DFW travel charge. Unused hours do not roll over, and additional onsite labor is separately billed with approval.

Do you charge an onboarding fee?

Standard onboarding is included in the monthly fee. Substantial remediation, migrations, and hardware replacements are separately quoted.

Does the package cover servers?

Physical and virtual server management is separately quoted. Workstation and server backups are also separate from the included Microsoft 365 backup service.

Is this a month-to-month agreement?

No. The initial term is 12 months, followed by automatic renewal for additional 12-month terms unless written nonrenewal notice is provided at least 60 days before the current term ends. Nonrenewal and early termination are different; other termination provisions belong in the service agreement.

Does monitoring mean we have staffed 24/7 support?

No. Included monitoring and endpoint protection do not establish staffed 24/7 support or security response. Your agreement defines alert handling and escalation, while included remote support follows the business hours above.
