Support at your desk and at your office

How we deliver managed IT services in Fort Worth

Choosing a provider means knowing how your employees will get help and what happens when an issue needs attention at your office. Our Fort Worth coverage combines remote support with a defined onsite allowance, rather than promising that every request includes an immediate visit.

Remote help during your working day

Covered users can receive remote support for supported systems Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, excluding holidays. There are no per-ticket charges for that included support.

Routine Microsoft 365 administration includes user setup and removal, license assignment, password resets, and standard mailbox administration. Issues that require a migration, major tenant change, or other project are scoped separately.

Scheduled support at your Fort Worth location

The monthly fee includes two onsite labor hours per client for routine support of covered systems. Visits are scheduled by appointment during business hours, with no additional travel charge within Dallas–Fort Worth.

Unused hours expire monthly and do not roll over. Additional onsite labor requires your approval and is billed separately; project work is outside the allowance, and same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

Coordination when another provider is involved

An internet or software issue can require more than one company to resolve it. We coordinate with your internet, software, and hardware providers on issues affecting covered systems, so vendor follow-up is part of the defined service rather than another task for your office manager.

Inside the monthly fee

Support for the people and systems behind your business

Day-to-day help is only part of the package. The service also includes routine maintenance and planning for the systems covered by your agreement.

  • Employee computers: Up to two company-owned, supported computers per user, with device-health monitoring, operating-system and supported application patching, and endpoint protection. Endpoint-protection licensing is included.
  • Microsoft 365: Routine administration, backup licensing for covered users, and routine restore assistance within the agreed backup scope. Microsoft 365 subscription licenses are billed separately.
  • Office networking: Routine monitoring, configuration maintenance, and troubleshooting for the existing firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi access points listed in your agreement.
  • Technology planning: Quarterly reviews of service performance, security priorities, upcoming replacements, and your technology budget.

Your agreement defines supported systems, backup coverage, and operational responsibilities. See the full managed IT service scope for the complete package and its boundaries.

A scope that fits your business

Start with the way your Fort Worth office actually works

Before choosing coverage, bring the details that affect delivery: your users, computers, office locations, network equipment, and essential applications. Tell us which systems need attention onsite and whether employees depend on support outside the included hours.

These examples illustrate scope questions, not client case studies:

  • An employee uses a desktop and a laptop: Both can fall within the two-computer allowance when they are company-owned and supported. A shared workstation needs a separate quote.
  • Your office depends on a physical or virtual server: Server management and server backup need separate coverage. They are not included simply because employees use that server.
  • You operate from more than one location: Identify each address and the equipment at each site. The onsite allowance is two labor hours per client per month, not two hours for every office.
  • Your team works evenings or weekends: Discuss that requirement before choosing the package. After-hours emergency support is separately billable and subject to availability.

Those details help separate routine support from additional infrastructure, project, or coverage needs. They also give you a clearer basis for comparing providers than a per-user price alone.

A defined starting point

Onboarding without an open-ended project promise

Standard onboarding is included in the monthly fee and covers discovery, documentation, tool deployment, and initial configuration. There is no separate standard onboarding charge.

Substantial remediation, migrations, and hardware replacements are separately scoped and quoted. Cabling, major network redesigns, and new installations are also separate projects rather than work automatically covered by the monthly onsite allowance.

Clear scope. Clear expectations.

Know the costs outside the monthly package

The $148 rate is the defined managed IT service fee, not an all-inclusive price for every license, device, or project. Keep the following separate when preparing your budget:

  • Licenses and equipment: Microsoft 365 subscriptions, network subscription licenses, hardware, and replacements.
  • Additional systems: Shared workstations, computers beyond the two-per-user allowance, and physical or virtual server management.
  • Additional backup: Workstation and server backups, quoted around the required coverage.
  • Additional labor: Approved onsite overages, separately scoped projects, and after-hours emergency support subject to availability.

Routine quarterly technology reviews do not include major-project management or a broader fractional-CIO engagement. Monitoring and endpoint protection do not establish staffed 24/7 support or security response.

Before you decide

Fort Worth managed IT questions

Is Fort Worth included in your onsite service area?

Yes. Fort Worth is within our Dallas–Fort Worth service area, with no additional travel charge for visits within that area. The package includes two onsite labor hours per client per month, scheduled by appointment during business hours.

Can a business with fewer than 10 users use the service?

The minimum is a billing minimum, not a requirement to employ 10 people. The base service fee is at least $1,480 per month, and we review your systems and support needs to confirm whether the package fits.

Can you guarantee an immediate onsite visit?

No same-day dispatch or immediate onsite arrival is promised by this package. Onsite support is scheduled by appointment, and included remote support follows the Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Central schedule, excluding holidays.

What if we already have an internal IT person?

Tell us which responsibilities your internal person will keep and where you need help. Our co-managed IT services use a separately quoted monthly scope. The standard fully managed package does not automatically establish a co-managed arrangement.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Bring an approximate user and computer count, your Fort Worth office address and any other locations, and a list of essential systems and current providers. Include your biggest support frustrations and any after-hours, server, backup, or project requirements so we can discuss them separately from the standard package.
